Fair value hotel, spotless, with spectacular location adjacent to numerous tram lines downtown, the Portland State University, the light rail trolley. Dismissive staff gave advice on things to do.

very peaceful stay, we were there for 3 days. this hotel was magical and overall clean, had good location and people. besides, it was at a moderate distance from downtown, that worked for us.

We had a restful time staying at this hotel. Really enjoyed how brand-new the property was. Grocery shop and a market were right next door. The pizza bar in the venue had plenty of local cocktails, beers and coffee throughout the day...

I truly enjoyed it, and I found the staff very welcoming. Marvellous breakfast, excellent service. The standard queen room was outstanding. Very central location, not too far from portland art museum. With smooth check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was luxury😀
